Role Description :
- Develop & Identify key seasonal initiatives across categories that will help maintain Brand Salience /build brand Preference
- Plan and execute brand marketing strategies for key initiatives
- Lead in driving assortment planning for all initiatives for the lead and key styles.
- Help in building Grassroots programs to further engage the consumer and enhance brand preference - Lead programs
- Lead Brand Operations to help the Marketing function deliver against the team goals.
