360 degree main line advertising campaigns
Planning and executing Tactical campaigns from time to time
Planning and executing digital campaigns from time to time
Liaison with other departments such as HR , Sales, and other for support
Initiating and leading consumer research
Setting up process to ensure adherence to Brand values and Brand positioning
Setting up structured process for regular consumer feedback and working out new concepts to help build product superiority
- Should have sound experience in brand management
- Should have excellent organizational skills.
- Should have good written and oral communication skills.
- Should have good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Should be able to work in a cross functional environment
- Should have good command over Hindi language- Written and Oral
- Should have worked in the Hindi belt and have small town experience
- Should have sound experience of consumer research, agency management and creative development
- Must have worked on 360 degree execution on at least 2-3 occasions.
- Should have sound understanding of various media platforms-ATL, BTL and Digital.
Should an incumbent have prior experience in People Management
