Job Description

The Head of Marketing, edible oils will lead the overall marketing effort, from consumer research to implementation and follow -up of the marketing campaign.

Essential Exposure in the areas as Brand Manager, Category Manager, Product Manager, Marketing Research, Activation, FMCG, Vegetable Oil

Job Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Lead the consumer research (qualitative / quantitative, syndicated/customized) related to the creation and development of the brand
1. Propose a marketing positioning and a full marketing plan, based on research and comprehensive benchmarking
2. Meet marketing objectives through the implantation of the agreed plan
3. Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Organization publications
Planning and budgeting:
1. Ensure the achievement of marketing mission, goals and objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems and are in place related to these goals
2. Develop short and long-term budgets for the marketing plans, ensure adherence and evaluate performance
Management:
1. Direct the hiring, development, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
2. Ensure close cooperation with the Sales team, in order to provide them with all necessary marketing/communication material and strategy and include field feedback to marketing planning
3. Work hand-in-hand with the product development and technical team, in order to ensure optimum quality and seize market opportunities
Consideration Specifications and Qualifications
1. Advanced Marketing Degree from a reputable institution
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing in an emerging country, with demonstrated success (including 2 years in a Sales Position)
3. Demonstrated excellence in requirements below, especially in managing marketing agencies (including research)
4. Demonstrated experience in handling campaigns (ATL/BTL/TTL) for mass market brands
5. Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
6. Self starter with energy and integrity
7. Strong written and oral skills in English
