Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for planning, implementing and executing online and offline customer acquisition campaigns to generate business growth.

Identify target customer segments in the formulation of customer acquisition strategies.

Test new venues for customer and lead generation.

Develop Marketing strategies that ensure customer base growth with profitable returns.

Seek out new partnerships for Co-Marketing opportunities.

Manage a team of Marketing professionals and Data Analysts.

Manage Marketing Budget across various online and offline marketing activities.

Developing the overall marketing and communications strategy in association with the strategic initiatives head; implementing the strategy by leveraging effective advertising, communications & promotional campaigns through suitable marketing channels to drive brand building.

Key Working Relationships - Internal Corporate Team

Head Strategic Initiatives- To suggest appropriate Products and Marketing strategy

Top management Team- To review implementation of marketing initiatives

Business Heads, Zonal Heads- To take inputs for design of Market initiatives

Regional and Branch Heads- To take inputs for design of Marketing initiatives and review implementation of ongoing initiatives

Field staff- To take inputs for design of Marketing initiatives and review implementation of ongoing initiatives

Key Working Relationships - External

Industry Bodies- Brand building, Business Intelligence & Personal Development

Vendors- Selection and negotiation, onboarding and supervising delivery as per laid down standards

Customers - CRM, Customer insights, providing strategic inputs to Zone and Corporate, gaining customer insights

Social

Community Development: Leading and managing the branding merchandising support efforts for all Jana Centers

Financial

Supporting Sales

Ensuring the organization corporate brand and positioning is in line with the overall organization vision and strategy.

Leading the creation, development and implementation of the product marketing for retail and enterprise products

Cost Management: Preparing the annual marketing budget and managing it in a cost effective manner

Customer - Creating Brand Awareness

Ensuring effective identification platforms for branding and promotion initiatives.

Defining and implementing the digital and social marketing strategy for JFS

Process - Implementation Of Marketing Strategy

Leading the evolution and implementation of effective promotion strategies to support sales initiatives. Defining and implementing branding guidelines for external and internal usage of the brand.

Evaluating and identifying vendors, media, advertising agencies/ channels/ partners for developing long-term relationships
