Job Description

Responsible for developing strategic advice on change management & communications, and function as an enabler to support the achievement of NATGRIDs strategic goals and objectives. Responsible for designing and administering change management initiatives across various stake holder groups & administration of external & internal communication.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and lead the implementation of various change management initiatives across
various stake holder groups.
Develop tracking metrics for monitoring the effectiveness of the change management
initiatives.
Work closely with the Head of Human Resources & other functional Heads for effective
administration of Change Management initiatives
Design a Communication Strategy for NATGRID, clearly laying out communication objectives, priorities & protocols, measures and ensure adherence to the same.
Design & administer an emergency media plan, in collaboration with MHA, in order to mitigate effects of unfavorable campaigns through any form of media.
Oversee the creation and updating of relevant content for the internal, external websites, create newsletters and reports in order to keep all employees, User Agencies,
Providing Organizations and the citizens updated with information on NATGRID.
Oversee the design and implementation of effective knowledge management strategies across NATRGID.



Required Qualification, Skills & Experience:

Skills & Experience: Experience includes research, teaching & independent consulting experience in relevant function/domain.

Private sector employee with minimum of 18 years experience in
communication and change management domain.

OR

Retired government employee who has worked at a Grade Pay of Rs 10,000 and above, with at least 16 years experience in in communication and change management domain.

OR

Serving government employee working at a Grade Pay of Rs 10,000 and above, with at least 16 years experience in in communication and change management domain.
(Eligibility under relevant rules).
Minimum 2 years experience in communication & change management functions in large organizations.

Qualification:

Masters degree in Management or Equivalent.

Final Output: Effective Communication & change management for NATGRID.
