Job Description

Looking for experienced inside-sales & business development managers to build and manage performance of the inside sales team. The manager would be responsible for achieving business targets, mentoring team members, analyzing performance and work with internal departments to deliver client/prospect expectations.


* Manage daily operations of the inside sales team

* Ensure quality and relevance of the leads generated

* Hire, coach and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals

* Generate and distribute weekly reports to continuously improve performance

* Work closely with Sales and Marketing functions to build a strong funnel

* Bring in best practices from prior experience and implement them for the team

* Update the team on new solutions being offered

* Collaborate with IT / facilities team to define the Inside Sales infrastructure and Software needs


* Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and client appointment settings

* Positive prospect impressions for eInfochips

* Strategize account plans to generate business opportunities


* 6 - 10 years of experience in inside sales for a technology company, preferably services

* At least 3 years of leadership experience, leading a team of 10-12 people

* BE in the technology domain and MBA in Marketing with excellent academics preferred

* Ability to work as per US Shift of 6 PM to 3 AM IST

* Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills

* Structured approach to the sales cycle, good understanding of the technology industry

* Willingness to work at odd-hours to be able to call on USA (80%), Europe (15%) and Asia(5%) customers
