Job Description

1) Ensure achievement of financial targets from Individual Donors

2) Develop the annual Fundraising plan to achieve targeted incomes from individual donors (to include goals, targeted incomes, resourcing plan, budgets) for both Acquisition and Retention.

3) Acquisition strategy and plan to be articulated for all the channels.

4) Monitoring the ROI and performance of all channels especially the outsourced channels to be ensured.

5) Driving both internal and external distribution to achieve the set goals and objectives.

6) Input in new fundraising initiatives covering new geographies and channels

7) Review performance on a regular basis and provide insights and inputs based on performance, external benchmarks

8) Ensure Individual Donor Servicing process & communication cycle are in line with the plans

9) Ensure development and adherence of communication / engagement plan for individual donors

10) Ensure individual donor management systems are robust and support front-end teams

11) Disseminate information to key stakeholders in the team

12) Ensure compliance to all internal and external regulatory requirements

Digital Fundraising

1) Develop a strategy and drive Digital fundraising for acquisition and integrate digital campaigns for Retention of existing donors as well.

2) ROI focused plans to be monitored and implemented with the help of external agencies if required.

3) Overseeing the integration of various platforms for payment, visibility etc for enabling digital platforms to be ensured.

4) Drive partnerships with e-commerce companies for enhancing digital footprint and fundraising subsequently.

Team Building

1) Ensuring that the team capacity is strengthened through requisite frameworks and training to achieve IP team goals.

2) Identifying the resources required to meet the objectives for the year.

3)Prepare the goal sheets and monitor the performance and team productivity constantly.

4) Providing the necessary resources to the team which will enable them to build sustainable operations.
