Job Description

Plan & design entire Organisational Development programme including mentoring senior management, change management, diversity, team building, work/life balance, conflict resolution etc

Employee Engagement Initiatives i.e. Career planning, succession planning, training, ROI on training, attrition analysis

Work closely with Business Heads to enhance productivity, reduce attrition, goal setting, competency matrix, PMS etc...

Organization level plan for training, its effectiveness, training results and growth of people

Initiate and nurture best practices and continuous improvement programmes

Capable of constantly shifting gears to meet challenges of different businesses

Responsible for developing & monitoring the HR plan & budget, closely with HODs

Ensure Regulatory compliance, labour laws etc

Ensure optimum staffing & reduce overall manpower cost; employee retention to reduce attrition & poaching from competition

Compensation & Benefits including KRAs, Appraisals & Performance management

Well developed leadership, influencing and inter-personal skills, with the drive & commitment to achieve objectives
