Role & Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits:
o Review, evaluate and benchmark on compensation and Benefits, in consultation with Management team, relating to Compensation, Incentive, and Variable compensation programs.
o Devise or analyze the current compensation and benefits programs and recommends actions to compete with market led compensation & benefits
o Establish salary ranges, and prepares policies and procedures to ensure competitive employee compensation.
o Communicate the salary ranges with talent acquisition team for Job offers.
o Define the deviation process for job offers.
o Communication to respective stake holders on compensation programmes.
o Work with departments on Job Descriptions as needed to establish salary ranges.
o Participate in salary survey programmes.
o Prepare the merit increase budget and submit the report on overall impact on the salary cost.
Performance Management :
o Set the Key result Objectives across all levels in the orgniasation.
o Training /Create awareness and clarify the queries to employees on setting the Key Result Objectives.
o Device, implement & execute the Appraisal guidelines, process and annual increments.
o Define guidelines and criteria for Promotions.
o Variable pay payout based on performance ratings.
o Issue the letters.
o Prepare the Annual Operating Plan for HR Function.
o Forecast the Manpower plan
o Monitor the budget.
o Provide the inputs to payroll team for salary processing of pay cycle.
o Timely updating of documents & employee details in the HRIS.
o Reconciliation of Leave & attendance management.
o Timely Payment of Shift allowances for eligible employees.
o Salary sheet audits.
o HR Metrics for Management review
Monthly C&B cost reports
o Responsible for Internal, customer and finance audits for HR function.
