* Interfacing with Management and Heads of Department for implementing HR, IR & Admin policies & procedures in line with core organizational objectives
* Coordinating for the development of departmental budgets and ensuring adherence to the same
* Facilitating Organizational Development (OD) plans for enhancing the operational effectiveness
* Learning & Development - Coordinating with the Internal & External trainers for training and development activities in the areas of soft skills, GMP compliance, & technical trainings.
Design and implement HR strategy as per the overall business strategy
HR Policy formulation and communication strategy in the line of business planning and futuristic approach
Talent Acquisition function- Recruitment, selection and boarding of all the levels of employees as per the business requirement.
To identify Training needs of the employees with coordination of HODs and formulate Training calendars
Overall responsible for Training and development function in the organisation, to get sanction for Training budget from Top Management, Organising internal and external sources for conduction of Training program for targeted employees.
