Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements
Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization
Raising proactive issues with managers, identifying practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues, and recommending appropriate action plans.
Compiling and managing case management documentation, accompany and support managers.
Ensuring job description/KRA for every employee position is up-to-date and accurate.
Creating compensation plans and providing administration for employee welfares.
Managing the risk management work functions and assisting in developing a healthy and safety programs for the volunteers and staff.
Participating as a senior management team member in weekly Director Meetings in order to develop and discuss organizational procedures and policies.
