Qualification :Graduate with Degree / Diploma in IR
Experience: Total 15 to 25 yrs of experience in handling HR

Heading the department.
Over all In charge of Personnel & HR of Field Staff includes revision of allowances, compensation package, fixation of performance linked increments/incentives and promotions.
Annual Increment with finalization of revised scale and performance pay for Management Staff.
Key participant in formalization of Budget/Expansion process.
Active member of core group.
Involved in Selection Procedure, Transfer and Manpower Planning, Maintenance of Personnel / leave administration, joining and separation formalities of field staff and HO/Godown personnel.
Managerial handling of Field Staff grievances.
Good communication skills
