To build the culture, people systems, people development and compensation systems to support an emerging biotech organization
Setting up and Managing the COE / Corporate HR Vertical
Includes oversight of the Manufacturing HR, Industrial relations, COE / Corporate HR function & HR Shared Services
14 16 years of post-MBA experience
Should hold an MBA in HR from one of the top B-schools in India / abroad
Experience in managing the COE and Manufacturing HR Functions.
Experience in designing equity based compensation programs in multiple world areas.
Should be able to establish HR function as a partner which adds value to the Business
Prior Start-up experience will be additional advantage
