Job Description

Qualifications MBA Tier 1 only

Pre-requisite experience Banking and Finance Industry

Deliverables :

HR Policy definition, Implementation and updating on a regular basis
Develop and Implement Annual HR Plan and strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur

Organization Manpower Planning, including Succession Planning, future requirements .

Manage On-boarding, Employee Engagement, Induction
Managing the Performance Management process
Administration of Compensation & Benefits
Overall HR operations

Training requirements and administration
Meeting all HR related statutory requirements
HR Dashboard deck to CEO as per timelines
Liaison with Group HR for central activities
