Job Description

Job Description:

  • Responsible for all HR functions like talent sourcing, training, performance management , compensation and benefits, union negotiations, expatriate management , policy formulation for unionized and non unionized employees.
  • Responsible for developing strategic Mid-term and annual plans, Budgeting, Corporate Governance for the Administrative and General Affairs Division that includes HR, IR, Administration, Security, Corporate Affairs, Audit and Company Affairs departments
  • Expertise in formulating & benchmarking functional best practices, competency profiling and mapping processes, etc. to focus on development of abilities to meet present and future goals and mission set by the organization.
  • Coordinator for Business & Corporate planning forum, Internal Board Meetings, Divisional review meetings and Cross functional team projects.
  • Should be an enterprising leader with abilities in developing & leading multi-skilled motivated teams to achieve organizational goals and establish industry best practices.
  • Formulated Compensation and Benefit structure for Management structure and Blue collar workforce.
  • Improving Employee Engagement and looking after Reward & Recognition Schemes.
  • Monitoring statutory compliances & liaison with External Authorities
  • Responsible for salary, wage administration and facility Management (Canteen, Green Roof, Guest House, etc.)

  • A dynamic go-getter with multitasking abilities in driving efforts towards achievement of organizational goals.
  • Hands on experience in competency profiling and mapping processes to focus on development of abilities to meet the goals and mission set by the organization.
  • Experience in deploying and coordinating the operations of large workforce with demonstrated leadership qualities and organizational skills during the tenure.
  • Should be a Strong organizer, motivator and a decisive leader with successful track record of directing major operations from original concept through implementation to handle diverse situations.
