Job Description

    Ensure smooth management various HR Operations & Processes
    To drive employee engagement initiatives & programs  
    Key Accountabilities:
    Supporting BU Strategy, HR operations - payroll processing and Recruitment
    Corporate objectives and unit-level HR programs
    Implements corporate HR policies and uses corporate resources effectively
    Ensuring Implementation of Performance Management
    Formulates Recruitment plan and mobilises hiring to on-board the targeted numbers within prescribed time limits
    Represents the BU perspective in corporate HR strategy and budgetary meetings and/or events
    Surfaces leadership and employee development needs and develops talent and skill development programs to address such needs
    Handling of HR department of 4 states independently and reporting to CEO
