Job Description

Ensure Statutory Compliance of the plants.

- Ensure HR/ER/IR processes for identified plants are looked into end to end

- Statutory Compliance Portal Updation, monitoring of Compliances, resolve difficulties of the user departments and provide feedback for improvements

- ER / IR Data Bases creation and knowledge management for all Plants and Unions

- Scanning of the environment in and around our manufacturing facilities in terms of wage structure, settlements, ER initiatives and trade union activities

- Facilitate Workmen education agenda in Plants

- Liaison with Concerned Government agencies in Maharashtra ( Labour Department, BMC etc.,)

- Handling Matadi Kamgar Union & all Employee Relation & IR Issues
