Ensure all payroll related risks are highlighted and managed through operational risk framework process.
Providing proactive leadership and direction to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll.
Initiating & implementing service quality initiatives to improve productivity / accuracy / turnaround times.
To manage Payroll operations of the group as per company's policies, procedures and agreed Service Level agreements
Responsible for overall performance of payroll operations with regards to accuracy, timeliness, compliance and employee experience for the geographic payrolls processed or manage.
Understanding and maintaining required Company Group's Standards of compliance and risk control.
Ensure end to end transitioning of payroll and related processes seamlessly into the Shared Services Centre.
- Manage all aspects of payroll team staffing by monitoring the workloads of the team and oversee new hire recruitment, negotiation and on boarding process
- Establishing and maintaining a close working relationship with the Country Teams in the - spoke- countries to ensure that service issues are promptly escalated and acted on.
- Oversee internal and external audits as it relates to payroll.
