Job Description


Strategizes for the development of progressive HR systems & policies in accordance with the people development requirements for increasing operational efficiencies.

Plans and executes strategic actions aimed at successful implementation of people initiatives and maintenance of industrial harmony.

Contributes to the development of HR Systems and policies customised for the sales force considering the market dynamics and business requirements.


Ensures alignment of all HR Systems and processes across the organisations with business priorities.

Implements and reviews HR systems and processes at regular intervals.

Performance Management & Compensation

Ensures the implementation of PMS through regular monitoring, providing guidance & following up on timelines & responsibilities.

Recruitment & Selection

Ensures the implementation of an effective recruitment plan in line with the estimated manpower requirements across the organisations.

Training & Development

Ensures the establishment of mechanisms to identify training needs of resources across the organisation


Supervises all administrative activities including security, canteen policy, travel & accommodation, leave, working conditions etc
