Key Role Responsibilities
* Responsible for advisory of HNI, UHNI, SHNI clients & then taking business forward
* End to End -- Client Relationship Management - advising as per risk profile of the client.
* Should maintain & continuously develop high end client base.
* Working as an Individual contributor as well as with the Team
* Heading a team of Wealth Managers , acquiring fresh HNI clients
* Build and manage strong independent relationships with clients, expand client base with new wins and conversions (both existing and new clients)
* Well networked and market savvy to provide information/solutions to customers
* Manage transactions and their closure in a time bound manner with optimal utilization of resources
* Managing the Complete portfolio of the Clients.
* Providing the HNI clients need based solution, multiple products.
Key Skills Required:
* Experience in the Broking house space with a strong base of client relationships at the High Net worth individuals/families/corporate treasuries.
* Experience in research work will add to the profile.
* Effective and clear communication both oral and written, Persuasive -- selling skills
* Great ideation skills to structure deals as per client needs.
* Networking and building relationships with existing and prospective clients -- adept in client acquisition
