1. Manage relations with the associated business functions and other senior leaders in the organization. 2. Proactively identify and provide solutions for associated business functions. 3. Scope of this role: HR, FC&A, India wide Office Infrastructure, Mobile enterprise devices and apps. 4. Architect/ Design the Enterprise IT Eco system (SAP) and service the OSS/ BSS organization to ensure organizational objectives and metrics are met (inclusive of Revenue, Profit, Utilization, Innovation, Client Satisfaction). 5. Drive/Support large scale implementation pursuits within cross disciplinary teams. 6. Effectively manage escalations while building/ strengthening interfaces and teams 7. Establish sustainable and measurable internal standardization programs and productized services that drive increased On Time/Budget delivery results. 8. Management of assigned Project, Program, and Delivery Managers, including performance management (coaching, performance reviews, training, calibration processes, career management and rewards/ recognitions)
Qualification and Work Experience
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Mandatory) from premier institutes Work experience: (Minimum: 18 yrs- Maximum: 24 yrs)
1. 15+ years of overall SAP experience in the software or professional services industry and 7 years of SAP Services and Delivery experience with prior Management roles. 2. Should have designed Enterprise IT ecosystem. 3. Managed a team of 100 plus. 4. Should have successful track record in designing and delivering SAP projects enterprise wide. 5. Familiarity with all the modules of ERP is a must. 6. Should be well versed with Mobile devices and apps.
Added advantage: 1. Professional Certifications (in Telecom domain/technology/product) preferred. 2. SAP Certifications. 3. Knowledge on Standards such as BPMN, eTOM, SID, TIP, TOGAF, TAM, ITIL etc. Competencies /Expertise Required (Functional & Behavioral) : 1. Business acumen to oversee programs of various sizes and risk that span organizational boundaries, including multiple business units and multiple service partners/vendors. 2. Exceptional leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers and team members 3.
