Job Description

Lead the entire Pan India digital marketing initiatives through Owned, Paid and Earned media.
Conceptualise and execute marketing strategies to build the brand and multi-brand car servicing category in the digital space.
Increase brand awareness, leads & conversions through various digital mediums such as Digital Emailer Campaigns, SEM, Display, Mobile, Re-marketing andSocial Media.
Increase customer engagement, information dissemination & lead generation by driving the design, usability and content management, SEO for the Corporate website and WAP-site content.
Holistic planning and buying of paid campaigns to achieve the set KPIs with the right mix of Display, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Mobile, Social Media (SMO) and Video.
Identify and monitor KPIs to optimize the digital campaigns as per business objectives through Web analytics.
Increase brand affinity & customer engagement through various initiatives using Social Media.
Manage the creative & media agency so as to align the creative and media plan with business objectives.
Optimum utilization of digital budgets to meet business objective.
Prepare quarterly marketing calendar and allocate approved budgets for various Digital marketing initiatives.
Interpret and take corrective actions based on the the Campaign Ad performance report and other reports such as ComScore Media Metrix, Ad Relevance and Vizisense.
Ensure best practices in the media plan across disciplines such as Programmatic media buying, Audience planning, Targeting / Remarketing , A/B testing, LP optimization and other emerging trends in digital advertising.
Build and execute content strategies for blogs, social media channels, video networks, newsletters, emails, and other engagement channels.
Co-ordinate with the technology team to streamline the back-end conversion process.

MBA Marketing with a minimum of 8 years versatile experience in Digital Marketing (Web site, E-Mailers, SEO/ SEM, Display, PPC, Web Analytics, Webmaster tools, Social Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Adwords and Analytics), preferably from the NBFC industry.
Should have requisite expertise and experience to conceptualise and execute independently the marketing strategies to build the brand in the digital space.
Must have excellent Communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
