Manage and operate to achieve desired SLA's , the following: Perimeter Security, Network Security, Internet Getaway Security, Anti Virus, Anti Spam services
Service Security and Continuity:
Implement policies, procedures for security infrastructure on 27001 framework.
Oversee DR drills for security infrastructure & applications and analyse the impact on the Managed Security services.
Develop and establish Disaster Recovery procedures for security operations and supporting services
Service Level Management:
Service reviews with customers
Advise businesses with regards to service requirements and promote available services
Develop and implement service improvement plans
Formulate and monitor supplier SLA's
Perform periodical SLA reviews
Work to resolve problem areas within the services
Prepare annual budget for security services
Monitor and control costs of services as per budgets
Evaluate new technologies and solutions in security domain
Assist Solution Architect to design appropriate solutions for customers
15 plus years of experience post qualification.
BE or BTech mandatory
Must have worked for a large group / conglomerate.
