Job Description

This is a very critical senior management position in the ACT. The position will report into the COO-Hyderabad. The position works closely with the Leadership team ACT. He/she will be responsible for the Operations of the business and support the plans to achieve the ambitious growth objectives for the organization. This will involve managing, co-coordinating and evaluating long term, medium term and short-term business scenarios and responding accordingly. The position will be responsible for a very large team and will be the custodian of operational excellence.
The successful candidate will have a full complement of leadership competencies as well as a proven ability in identifying, implementing and monitoring Operations. Success will also depend upon the ability to champion the functional objectives, role played as the Management Committee and the ability to work together as a team.

The indicative responsibilities for the position includes the following:

Essential:

* Understand and support end to end business operations
* Coordinate and own sales and operations outlook of the business
* Drive deployment of end subscriber connectivity
* Plan and build reach of the network
* Proactively and re-actively address customer complaints
* Understand inquiry and lead management and support conversion of the same into revenue
* Plan and Review every operational and sub operational area
* Drive business efficiencies thru optimization
* Plan and Manage Internet Bandwidth optimally
* Effective management of outsourced operations
* Training all the employees and driving customer sat levels

Desirable:

* Proficiency in Data , Voice and Video technology / business
* Business P&L management expertise.
