Job Description

Required Skill Set:

* Able to build personal relationship and discuss strategic matters with CEO, CMO, CIO, CPO etc. of global organizations, and must have some prior experience of business development outside India
* Have a matured, respected and humane personality;
* Have highly intellectual horsepower, providing strategic thoughts. Deep understanding in internet, mobile, technology, product and business;
* Have and Engineering + MBA degree from top schools
* Have experience / understanding on Internet / Mobile industry.

Job Responsibilities:

* Ownership: Build and maintain current and new relationships with the company's business partners. The company is expanding their focus beyond their existing business partners and developing products to bring digital transformation to different domains.
* Be responsible for
o P&L of business,
o management of overall relationship with business partners,
o project deliveries, and
o Expanding business by identifying and developing new opportunities. Enhance trusted relationship with CXOs of the existing clients and other partners within India and globally.
* Identify new opportunities within the existing client organization or in new clients and materialize them into business;
* Estimate efforts, resource and cost, and build and make proposals by closely working with finance team, product team and tech team;
* Negotiate and get into contracts with support from finance and legal teams;
* Ensure delivery (quality and timeline) of commitments to clients by working closely with product, tech and operation team
* Own responsibility of building and managing alliances and partnerships that are integral to the growth of the business
* Business partnerships are key to the company. It's the relationship and the management of which that gets us to have the perfect synergies with the partners, to work around the best solutions for any existing or new product development and growth needs.
* It is not just about cracking an account or getting more work. It's about how successfully we 'partner' with them and build the relationship of trust and confidence to work together towards a common mission. This is not about a client and service relationship, the mission is to partner in every product development, ideate, create and own every customer as ours own.
