- Will need to be self-starter who can plan business development strategies and execute them to meet the revenue targets.
- Lead a team of BDM as well as individual contributor.
- Develops sales pitches and case studies as per different industry needs analysis and benchmarking.
- Able to develop connects with senior management of client organizations/Brand managers.
- Responsible for an annual influence booking/revenue quota with high growth target.
- Along with driving sales growth, this position is responsible for appropriate sales forecasting and development of strong pipeline to manage a healthy sales.
