Job Description

  • Responsible for creating and managing a marketplace network in India
  • Manage the top accounts and grow business with joint planning
  • Co-own the P&L, develop the business model, understand opportunities and create a viable business to service them
  • Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
  • Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership and drive the changes required
  • Work with central category team in deciding on seller selection strategy and execution of the strategy
  • Tap different channels to have the best-in-class selection
  • Responsible for identification and onboarding of new sellers, with the help of seller acquisition team
  • Responsible for sales targets, seller quality, seller order fulfillment and the overall customer experience
  • Responsible for getting exclusive products and deals from pockets of the country
  • Manage a team of seller and brand account managers across different locations
  • Performance management and mentoring of his/her team members
