Job Description

Job Responsibilities Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Strategy and Execution :

- Conceptualizing, planning and implementing a comprehensive - Alliance strategy & budget- to have the best alliance portfolio with big brands for Maharashtra region

- Achieving growth vis-a-vis targets by executing the alliance strategy

- Negotiating with the alliance and getting best deals for customers as compared to the market and other competitors

- Responsible for monitoring the actuals vs budget, analysing variances and taking corrective action

- Direct, supervise, monitor and develop alliance team to achieve assigned targets

- Ensure timely collection of offers from brands

- Monitor the performance of various alliances and encourage good services by the brand to customers

- Ensure Alliance strategy for 2015-2016 is finalized by

- Ensure budget and manpower requirement is finalized by

- Achieve alliance target associations per annum year 2015-16

- Ensure the alliance overhead expenses remains within the budget

- Ensure minimum brands every magazine

- Ensure best deals for customers which are not available through other forum

Business Intelligence :

- Ensure regular market research to collect market feedback on different products sold from time to time and understand market trend for products

- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis their brand associations, offers etc. & keep abreast the current market trends & build a strong product position for in the market

- Conduct brand analysis and the deals that the brands are offering at various forums to ensure that has the best deal to offer to the customer

2.Business Intelligence - 10%

- Ensure submission of report on competition, alliances, new brands, new products, etc. on bi-monthly basis

- Ensure submission of report on performance of brands in the market

Customer Relations :

- Networking, building and maintaining strong working relationship with brands for alliances

- Ensure regular feedback from stores to maintain smooth relationship with brands

- Ensure timely redressal of pre & post brand queries and grievances

- Ensure 100% satisfaction and zero complaints with 5% deviation

- Ensure 100% feedback with 5% deviation from the stores on brand performance

- Ensure redressal of complaints in 24 hours after the complaint is registered

Operations, MIS and Documentation :

- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, SOP's formulated and strive continuously to improve the same

- Ensure all relevant information is passed on to internal team of marketing and sales

- Ensure Monthly monitoring of Alliances through reports and timely submission of all required MIS to management

- Responsible for safeguarding of all documents related alliances, offers, etc.

- Ensure ethical conduct in the organization 4. Operations, MIS & Documentation-10%

- Ensure 100% adherence to policies, and SOP's

- Submit Report on alliances and their performance by 5th of every month:

Leadership and Team Development :

- Ensure unbiased approach towards people, shows respect to organization policies and other employees and maintain cordial relation with everyone

- Recruit, motivate, train team members and enhance their performance by becoming their coach and mentor and develop them to take additional responsibilities

- Align the team to organisational goals and ensure performance of the team

- Ensure timely appraisal for the team is completed and work with the HR team to put a training calendar for the team and ensure the same is implemented within the deadline

- Ensure engagement of team with the support of HR and organizational policies

 5. Leadership & Team Development - 10%

- Ensure no complaints regarding non-adherence to organization policies, conflict/grievance with other team members

- Create a positive work culture, motivate & guide the team to increase the engagement level and ensure there is zero attrition in the team

- Ensure participation in networking events, programs, seminars, etc. sponsored by company and submit a report on learning from that session

Qualification Work Experience Competencies Customers : Graduate and above 7-10 years.

Knowledge and experience of working with brands is a must :
