Job Description

Responsible for managing the post sale activities for the most premium clients of the organisation spread across the

* Residential and Commercial segment (business tycoons, NRIs, Expats, HNI clients). Custodian of customer experience enhancement, complaints reduction and customer satisfaction for all projects in Mumbai,

* Service Design and Delivery -- Design and implement delivery guidelines and ensuring high standards of service delivery and query resolution within specified TATs.

* Creating a roadmap to extraordinary customer experience --

* Design the optimum team structure with a view on specialization and operational efficiencies. Achieving the highest quality standards through monitoring of relevant metrics during the customers lifecycle which will lead to an extraordinary customer experience.
