Job Description :
Identify, appoint, initiate trading with and maintain agreed business partners in each designated territory as per the automotive distribution agreement.
To prepare, agree and achieve annual after sales business plans with regional retailers with concurred actions and strategic goals.
To maximize the return on inventory by keeping optimum stocks without affecting availability to ensure sales volumes are met and customer satisfaction levels achieved.
To implement regional parts and labour pricing strategy to ensure revenue and pricing.
Excellent business development, sales, customer relations and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other senior managers, employees, partners and customers
Results oriented, entrepreneurial with strong problem solving, negotiation and decision making ability
Committed and willing to deliver exceptional service
Ability to act as a senior member of the Regional management team with the ability to manage the multi-level internal and external relationships that will exist
Developing personal and professional effectiveness by doing the right things and the right jobs' thereby focusing on activities which make a difference.
Identifying opportunities to excel by demarking the business objectives, strategy and demands, whilst maintaining professionalism in times of commercial pressure.
The ideal candidate should have at least 12 years of After Sales experience in Automotive (Four Wheeler- Dealer) industry.
