Job Description

Role:

Support the Managing Partner in delivering best in class planning within the group
Develop relationships with senior stakeholders including the Managing Director, Marketing Directors, Head Of Media and Head Of Digital
Work collaboratively with other agencies with the ambition of delivering challenging and innovative solutions to client briefs
Lead strategic planning assignments working collaboratively with activation teams, social media, Analytics and Insight and MEC Access
Ability to help and guide comms planners in strategic planning particularly through the client's planning process - IMC
Inspire comms planning team with the latest and most relevant thinking
Drive development of proactive solutions to clients' business problems (briefed or un-briefed)
Takes the lead in strategic planning assignments, working hand in hand with other departments to meet client objectives
Where necessary working towards the strategy team objectives of leading pitch strategy, writing award papers, training, conference speaking etc.
