- The person would primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel of Branch Banking
- Develop the partner channel for insurance cross- sell at the location and the catchments area around
- Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability across all the product groups of the business sourced from partner channels through the location
- Current product groups include home insurance, health insurance, motor insurance etc
- Conduct training of the partner channel members on new products, process roll-out and thereafter conduct refresher modules
- Manage the partner relation at location level and day to day service requirements
MBA from reputed institutes with at least 7 years experience, preferably in the General Insurance domain. Candidates from Banking, Telecom, Auto, 2 Wheeler, FMCG with good channel sales experience can also be considered.
