Job Description

1. Understand / define / create communication frameworks and methodologies for Companies presence

2. Assist in the development and lead on the implementation of Companies internal communications strategy

3. Work with the global delivery center leaders and vertical leaders, to create customized communication strategies (with the overall organizational goal in perspective)

4. Plan and execute high-impact HR initiatives (liaising with all the HR Centers of Excellence)

5. Create toolkits / templates to ensure smoother and quicker communication flow within the organization

6. Conduct internal surveys and support large corporate initiatives with strategy and communication

7. Manage success metrics, budgets and MIS / reporting for your communications function

8. Assume complete responsibility and accountability of each and every internal communication within the respective Company site

9. Plan, coordinate and execute high-impact Corporate events on the respective site and ensure all events are conducted as per plan and as per expectations

10. Forge strong working relationships with site leadership, site HR, site admin/ facilities, site IT and BUs, and build an in-depth understanding of their communication needs and wants

11. Act as the single point of contact for all site-specific communication and enable other team members to understand, develop and execute communication needs

12. Coordinate and champion site-level branding in close collaboration with Business Units, Admin/ Facilities, Procurement and Corporate Branding teams

13. Ensure all communication is free of errors in grammar, spellings, punctuation or sentence composition and adheres with the Company Brand Guidelines

14. Coordinate with external vendors/ agencies/ partners and ensure communication needs are delivered as per plan and on schedule

15. Benchmark with industry-leading practices and implement course corrections

16. Manage crisis communications (as it happens)
