Job Description

Education & Skills

Master of Business Administration with major in marketing
Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams across multiple geographies
Strong listening and learning skills and ability to adopt to dynamic market environments
Self-motivated and can-do attitude in tackling strategic, financial and operational challenges

Experience

15 years or more of relevant experience in FMCG industries, including exposure to different categories such as packaged food, OTC pharma/ food supplements, homecare products
Development & management of multi-brand/product portfolios in emerging markets
Leadership position in marketing/ brand management for 5 years or more in international and reputable organizations

Job Specification:

Scope

Responsible for managing the marketing function across all existing and new businesses
Guiding the marketing function in each of the Group verticals
Responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring the strategic and operational brand and marketing plan
Requires minimal supervision and manages independently his group and the interaction with all marketing functions in the Group

Job Specific Comments

Developing & executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with all marketing functions in the Group
Planning and executing new initiatives and strategies for improving the market share, growth and contribution of the TGI Groups brands and products
Defining the strategy and improving brand building, nurturing, positioning and health
Generating management action based on market data on competition, lifestyle trends, consumer behavior, market compositions (specific to regions, brands, products)
Market Research pertaining to the designated categories like brand health tracks, usage & attitude studies, concept test, syndicated retail & consumer studies, packaging research
Developing and implementing communication strategies (ATL, BTL & TTL)
SWOT analysis and its effective use/implementation to find out the market competition and challenges.
Custodian of the new product development process related to the categories
Developing key account management towards key clients of Groups products across the different verticals
Management of all vendors and marketing agencies/ parties

Candidate Profile
