CA with 12 to 16 Years of Post Qualification Experience
From NBFC / Merchant Banking / Boutique Investment banks / Credit Rating Companies
Fund Management - Managing strong strategic relations with Public & Private Sector Banks
Monitoring and implementing the overall financial plans and accounting practices of the Company to ensure adherence to group accounting policies and procedures.
Assessing the fund requirement needs of the company, structuring the transaction for fund raising, application to various banks / financial institutions for meeting the fund requirements, documentation of the loan facility, and disbursement of the funds.
Leading the budgeting and planning processes, track performance against budgets, monitor cash flows and ensure compliance with various statutes and control parameters.
Responsible for contracts and procurement, MIS, Audits, Risk management and Liasioning.
Provide financial and business inputs for effective decision making and lead post implementation reviews.
Control and monitor the revenue assurance function to ensure maximization of revenue.
Should ideally come from a NBFC background.
Should be well versed with NBFC rules & regulations
Should also be well versed with Compliance, Accounting and Indirect Tax
Should have good knowledge of SEBI and RBI regulations and Company's Act etc.
Should be a strategic thinker and be capable of stakeholder/promoter management
