Hire and manage the team.
Achieve quarterly revenue and quality goals for your vertical.
Develop partnerships with trainers, placement coordinators of colleges and recruiters of different companies.
Come up with creative initiatives that will make a difference in your user acquisition efforts, test them out, measure, scale or kill. Repeat.
Serve as the face of your vertical.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required with a minimum of 4+ years of work experience, ideally with exposure to consulting and an entrepreneurial environment.
Strong strategic mindset and analytical rigor.
Proven team leader.
Self-starter ideally with experience working at a fast-growing startup.
Highly empathetic, with an ability to listen and define solutions and nuanced strategies, not just widgets.
Strong project management skills -- you can easily track multiple initiatives at any given time.
Amazing client management, business communication and relationship building skills.
A passion for online education and consumer internet products.
The ability to quickly immerse yourself in a new space or subject area you're focused on. Vertical knowledge of the Business category preferred.
A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) or willingness to learn.
Bonus points for knowledge of, or willingness to learn, SQL so you can query our databases, run analysis, and track your goals.
