1. Supporting the Core Systems (aka Atlas2, Infocentre) of CIB with its primary offering on General Ledger, Clients referential & Credit Risk related information.
2. Provide technical support for core system, reporting and DWH
3. Adhere to SLA, provide 24/7 support to various internal customers, production batch processing ( EOD processing ) &online incidents, if any.
4. Liaise with Infra structure teams for system and operational activities, to provide them with the required information and support related to core & transversal systems
5. Maintain application infrastructure for non-production environments and provide technical assistance to IT teams
6. Provide support on JIRA related to Production Incidents, standard Atlas2 & Infocenter Batch processing, regional site applications and reports.
7. Provide support for Atlas2 & Infocenter Batch process and communicate the incidents details to all stakeholders.
8. Perform analysis of incidents and record the details
9. Review and maintain the production batch process schedules & charts, incident review and advise Operation team for improvements where possible
10. Liaise with System Management Team for system and operational activities, to provide them with the required information and support related to Atlas II, Infocenter and DWH
