To set up month wise, product wise and quantity wise targets based on annual operating plans (AOP) in co-ordination with DGM (Marketing).
To set up person wise/ location wise (HQs) value target in consistence with AOP.
To prepare location wise indents on monthly basis to ensure availability of stocks at various locations (HQs) and raising requisition with the logistic department and coordinating with logistic department for availability and shortages.
To implement marketing strategies to achieve annual sales target.
To give regular feedback to Marketing division and update them for planning various field activities with a view to enhance competitive growth through sales.
New products Identification For the Division
Participate in Tenders of Corporate Hospitals
Willing to Travel Extensively
Selection and Recruitment of team in coordination with HR.
Should have prior experience in Critical care Division dealing with Cardiac , Anesthetic and IV range products.
Maintain Excellent Rapo with Key Customers.
Should have worked on critical care segmented products
Qualification : Should be a Science graduate
Preference : should have worked at all India level and handled all India Operations
