Job Description

Age: Not beyond 50 yrs

Educational Qualification:

- Should be science graduate, if MBA (Marketing ) is preferred

- Should have handled earlier Sales manager position in the capacity of AGM/DGM or GM

- Exposure to North & West region is must.

- Should have handled multiple divisions with a sales turnover of 1 Crore a month.

- Capacity of building Key opinion leaders at these areas.

- Should be good at converting tough customers.

- Should be able to effectively achieve the sales targets defined by the organization.

- Should have an exposure to Ortho, Gyne, Nuero and diabetic segments.

- Should be able to build and create a positive atmosphere among the team.

- Should be able to effectively implement the marketing strategies.

- Couch and guide the team.

- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Should be inspiring and motivator.

- Somebody having flair for traveling and networking skills would be eligible.
