Job Description


Responsible for overall Quality & system functions e.g. Incoming, In process, Outgoing Quality.
Establishing & implementing Manual & procedure laid down for all plant.
Implementation of Integrated Management System i.e. Quality System Activities for TS16949,ISO14001, OHSAS18001
Implementing problem solving & improvement tools like SPC, 7 QC Tools, MSA, DOE, FMEA, 5-S, Kaizen, Poke-Yoke, etc.
Conducting audit at the supplier end for effectiveness of customer requirement as well as product / process audit at vendor's end as per the plan.
Performing corrective and preventive analysis of the customer complaints.
Ensuring approval compliance for Company and Product from various Domestic and Overseas Customers as well as Third Party Inspectors
Vendor Development - Active participation in the Vendor development activity to enhance the QMS activities & Quality aspects in line with the global market by Audits, Delivery performance and Vendor rating.
CAPA Handling Corrective and Preventive Actions for the In-house as well as Customer complaints
New Product Development Handling NPD activities like Team feasibility review, PPAP submission & approval from customer, PFMEA,PFD, Control Plan preparation.
Well versed with TS/TPM/ MR activities.
Should work with European clients.
Good Communication & Presentation Skills.
