GM Marketing

Role Description
* Lead a team of Category Managers
* Responsible for increasing target consumer awareness of the brand in a competitive market
* Keeping track of and analysing performance of brands
* For designing and execution of communication & promotion strategies with focus on increasing brand awareness and building market share
* Be promoter of the Brand, ensuring consistent brand expression through all consumer and cultural touch points
* Develop and execute a marketing and promotional calendar to drive traffic, profitable sales, and engage the target customer with the brand
* Ensure that best of class project management practices are employed to deliver all marketing communications within strategy, budget, and deadline
* Develop and direct measurable, product, promotional, and cause-related marketing programs that tie back to brand strategy and business goals
* Employ a variety of communications tools
* Facilitate integration of marketing, product development and other inputs as appropriate

Profile Required:

MBA/ PGDM from leading institutions- 5-7 years post qualification experience directing brand marketing and promotions using broad marketing mix
Work experience in Consumer Product or Services like Telecom, companies & well known brands
