Job Description

Liaise with Government, regulatory authorities, statutory, law enforcement agencies, especially BMC, Building Proposal Department, Garden Department, Drainage Department, Water Department, Pest Control, MMRDA, Tourism Department


In-depth understanding of regulatory framework (central & state laws)


Well-versed with Development Control Rules & regulations for obtaining permissions &  NOC's


Ensure all NOCs are in place for necessary approvals within defined timelines as per the stage of respective projects (IOD), (CC), (OC), (BCC) etc


Follow up with Municipal Corporation, MMRDA, MTDC, Traffic, Police, High Rise Committee (HRC), MOEF, for obtaining NOCs, CC etc for respective projects


Coordinate with the Projects team to obtain necessary licenses as per construction progress (Plinth Completion Certificate, Occupancy Certificate, Building Completion Certificate)


Establish relationships across levels with electrical inspectorate, Public Works Department (PWD), Fire Department, RTO, courts, excise & service tax, electric utility, Pollution Control Board (PCB)


Obtain all licenses for mall/hotel operations including consent to operate, shops & establishment, performance license, banquets, restaurants & bars etc


Monitor budget for operations like FSI premiums, Consultant Charges, cost of TDR, for respective projects & ensure proper documentation for all operating expenditure


G, 12-15 years experience, 35-42 years of age, Rs. 25-30 lakhs per annum


Should have worked with real estate developers/Architects/ Consultants
