Job Description

Corporate Search is one of India's leading Executive Search and Talent hunt firm with a specialized focus in the multiple sectors

We have the following requirement - In Mumbai with leading Kpos

GM HR Analytic Masters in Statistics /Computer Science

A minimum of a Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 10~12 years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience;

or

A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 11+ years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience

Role :

Incumbent will be responsible for managing the process of producing all reporting, analytics and insights across HR, including :

- Headcount reports & analytics

- Attrition reports & analytics

- Hiring progress, and funnel analytics

- Compensation analytics (high level)

- Workforce analytics (span of management, layers, etc)

- Employee survey(s) & related analytics

- Diversity reporting & analytics

A minimum of a Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 10~12 years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience;

or

A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 11+ years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience

Candidate must be able to :

- Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and good communication skills.

- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing talent preferably in a Global 500 Captive

Knowledge :

- HRIS Systems Experience a plus (Taleo, Peoplesoft), Oracle Enterprise BI suite a plus.

- Hyperion/EPM, SQL, Tableau, and OBIEE.

- MS SharePoint

- Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Excel experience

Profile preference :

Senior Leader with strong HR analytics background + Preference for Candidates from Consulting background

HR Functional Manager with the last two odd years spent managing HR Analytics projects

- An understanding of Analytical concepts and how it can help the HR Function in a large MNC

- Been a people manager for at-least 2- 4 yrs managing a team of 8-10 people and have a good grasp of leadership concepts

- Smart and sharp individual with excellent communication skills

or

HR Domain person with no direct analytical exposure

- Has a good understanding of the value that analytics brings to orgs

- Been a people manager for at-least 2- 4 yrs managing a team of 8-10 people and have a good grasp of leadership concepts

- Smart and sharp individual with excellent communication skills

or

HR Analytics person from a third party with no direct HR Functional exposure

- Has a good understanding of the concepts of HR and how analytics can be leveraged to help it . In this case preferably an MBA HR degree-

- Been a people manager for at-least 2-4 yrs managing a team of 8-10 people and have a good grasp of leadership concepts

- Smart and sharp individual with excellent communication skills
