Job Description

Manage Recruitment and Selection process and make right people available at right time by recruiting talent
Plan for employee welfare activities and benefits to improve employee morale
Manage and implement fair Performance Management System based on Balance Score Card
Formulate policies, procedures and programs in the area of Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Organizational Development
Plan and Executive the entire HR operations of the Company
Implement Human Resources Best Practices and objectives that will provide an employee oriented, high performance culture
Refine organization structure to align with the market and delivery requirements
Prepare Annual Action Plan with targets specifying tasks, timelines, procedures, budget allocation & outcomes for the Department
Design and implement HR policies and SOPs and ensure they are in line with industry standards
Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters
Protect interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and labor laws and regulations
Manage statutory records and HRMIS system
Responsible for recruiting, training and team management of the Human Resources Department
Mentor and guide leaders to manage their own performance and of their teams and create pipeline of potential leaders
Oversee office management and supervise admin team
