Job Description

  • Strategics results in the areas of revenue / growth performance through Business Development 
  • POSITION IDENTIFICATION ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIP
  • Designation General Manager Reports to COO 
  • Direct Subordinates Manager 
  • Department EDS - Division Location NCR 
  • Manage the operation of the team for delivery of courses ( Eng. & Mgt. ) in university 
  • Responsible for the team build-up ( lead recruitment training & induction) for the sales & marketing functions 
  • Relationship management with all clients ( Universities / Colleges/Institutes / Corporate / Govt. bodies) at National and International levels. 
  • Scanning the global higher education industry for alliances and migration of feasible products 
  • Budgeting (preparation & monitoring) 
  • Brand building & coordination with corporate communications 
  • Closure of new universities / Colleges alliances for the Engineering & Management products / courses
