Job Description

Streamline operations, put systems & processes in place, develop budget along with HODs

Proactively maintain accounts & audit to guide and drive the trust wrt funds management

Oversee project execution & implement processes in time, at the specified standards

Ensure charity funds are deployed & utilized effectively through cash & fund flow management

Maintain MIS, monitor project progress, raise funds internally & management reporting

Ensure Regulatory compliance, documentation, labour laws; Liaise with government & appropriate authorities

Build efficiencies & Organization through discipline & SOPs

Oversee support services including maintenance, house-keeping, security etc. Improve asset utilisation; ensure optimum staffing & reduce overall manpower cost

Professional with long term view and charity experience required

Well developed leadership & inter-personal skills, with the drive & commitment to achieve objectives
