Job Description

Develop a national events calendar to be implemented across all centres, ensure that standard of events are relevant to TG,  enhance image of brand, get more mileage etc...


Create unique properties, have tie-ups for national events like Art program, large scale music events, international artist performance & ensure effective implementation at all centres


Identify sponsors & ensure benefits for all stake-holders including sponsors, event organizers, performing artist; the centre must achieve its footfall & consumption target


Identify event management & creative agencies, effectively negotiate contracts


Understand TG, expected ROI & ideate the event plan as per business requirements


Co-ordinate with advertising, PR, Digital teams to get appropriate mileage for the event; mall marketing team for effective on-ground implementation


Responsible for National level tie up with brands for product promotion & launches


Ensure permissions for events, set parameters to measure success of events etc


Experience in Large scale event management, budgets & event production


Experience in branding, promotions, advertising, marketing concepts & principles


Experience in HNI, luxury events

Is a corporate role, heading events for all malls

Report to Head Marketing, build team of 2 people



MBA, 8-10 years experience, 32-35 years of age, Rs. 18-20 lakhs per annum
