The role will be responsible for:
- Heading the India facility for execution and high level delivery on all projects.
- Leading large service delivery operations with P & L responsibilities.
- Driving complex global customer program.
- Setting, monitoring and delivering the center's business plan.
- Develop and deliver transformative solutions for all healthcare new logo and expansions.
Looking for candidates with 15+ years of experience with strong people management skills and extensive experience in managing end to end function in healthcare voice support operations.
