1) Candidate should be a Graduate / MBA with 16 to 20 years of Hard Core Sales Experience of which the last 4 years should be at Dy. GM/GM Level in selling retail products/services in a multi located pan india/retail set up preferably in education industry.
2) Age 35 - 45 Years
3) Candidate will be responsible for achieving Sales Target, leading & motivating sales force & implementing sales & BTL/Promotional strategies nationally.
4) Candidate will be responsible for overall student enrollment.
5) Should have analytical expertise and competence to do thorough team reviews.
6) Should be a Motivator & a good Leader.
7) Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.
8) Candidates from Education sales Background.
Should have been stable in previous organizations with proven track record. Should not be a job hopper.
