Heading the IT Infrastructure Management Practice , Responsible for Practice Building.

Mandatory to have worked in a similar Function in a CMM Level 5 IT Services Company

The Position comes under the Managed Services Division of Organization, which Includes:

It includes the following:

Infrastructure Management Services
Production Support
Managed Security Services
Cloud Integration Services

This Position is For Infrastructure Management Services Competency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan for capability based on market requirements
Rapid induction of technology
Alliance lead capacity argumentation
Common effort estimation of tools and guidelines
Technology innovation demonstrated
Ignite mind of hunters, account managers and delivery managers/heads
Co-opt with delivery team to create differentiations
Engage with analyst and industry bodies to position organization
Ensure automation and reduce human error by delivery organization
Establish architectural principals for selection of technologies and design principles
Develop estimation techniques and measure internal performance
Initiative to define Infrastructure architectural principals around applications and industry verticals
Engage extended team for automation and to reduce human error


Prior Experience Over 20 years IT management experience
Global or International experience will be an added benefit
Demonstrated experience in building Centre of Competence and building revenue lines on capability & capacity developed or augmented
Experience in Commercial R&D
Demonstrated ability in absorbing trends and making organization change happen

Good understanding of technical domains of ADM, SI, logistics, commercials
Very strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to show thought leadership in client meetings
Ability to connect with clients
Ability to learn technology quickly
Attitude Focused on the needs of his team and the client
Seeks to continuously develop skills and knowledge in himself and others
Education Bachelors degree is a must.
ITIL, 6Sigma, PMP or Prince 2 certifications continually maintained.
Experience with telephony, ERP, Application development, InfoSec will be greatly valued.
